When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. After that, delivery within the United States will take 12 to 20 business days, and international orders will take 15 to 30 business days (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs duties?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in US dollars, meaning you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import duties, tariffs, and related customs fees may be levied once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
